Most data is drawn from the 1990 U.S. Census. The "long form" results for the 2000 U.S. Census - which report on Income, Education, Employment and other items will not be released until Summer 2002.

Data tables and maps are being made available on the U.S. Census Bureau's web site -"www.census.gov ". The smallest level of detail at this site is the "Census Tract" - about 20 blocks.
