Draft Redesigned Form 990

The discussion draft constitutes a significant redesign of the form, which has been revised only on a piecemeal basis since 1979. Independent Sector has prepared a draft of comments on the draft form based on member feedback, which is available for public viewing.
In addition, the National Center for Charitable Statistics, in collaboration with Guidestar, has created a wiki—a collaborative website like the one used by Wikipedia—to collect and refine thoughts on the IRS draft form 990. Check it out or join the conversation at http://www.nccs2.org/wiki
