This group was formed to investigate how to fund County-run arts and cultural groups/facilities that benefit the five county region. The paper briefly discusses some 1990 tax and budget amounts for various Milwaukee County cultural programs and then discusses forming a five county regional quality of life council. A directory of arts/cultural groups in Kenosha, Racine, Ozaukee, Waukesha and Washington Counties is attached to the paper.
