This year's super site program, funded primarily by the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, produced many significant successes, particularly in the number of filers served at the Super Sites, the amount of tax refunds and EITC claimed, high satisfaction levels with the services at the sites, higher numbers of people served through the Health Department, and significanyly, a substantial increase in the rate of direct deposits of refund/credit checks.
