The purpose of this research study was to develop profiles of Milwaukee Employer Assisted housing (EAH) programs and benefit plans, and to assess EAH programs and their future viability. Interviews of employee participants, employers, lenders, and community leaders were conducted in order to examine the effectiveness of the programs.
