This report looks at indicators of housing and neighborhood quality in Walker's Point for 1993 and 1997. The authors state that this was a period when namy of the regions revitalization efforts were developing. The indicators that they selected include: number of residential properties, assessed value of residential property, number of residential property sales, owner occupancy rate, public investment in housing, tax delinquencies and city foreclosures, and home mortgage and small business lending. The indicators are examined at the census tract level. |
