The Office of Crime Victim Services collects data for the Domestic Abuse Incident Report through the use of domestic abuse reports, which are completed by law enforcement agencies and district attorneys' offices in each county throughout Wisconsin. This report was created to track the incidents, arrests, prosecution and sentencing of crimes related to domestic violence.
