This regional report is based on questions for in-depth interviews with 600 citizens of the seven counties in southeastern Wisconsin. It describes what most citizens want for themselves and their families, whether they live in Milwaukee or Pewaukee, Oconomowoc Lake or Lake Geneva, Kewaskum or Kenosha.
