This reports explores how poor race relations can be barriers to prosperity and how poor communication about race and ethnicity can impede economic progress. One thousand white, African-American, and Latino citizens of southeastern Wisconsin were surveyed to measure attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors about the white, black, and Latino populations.
