This site lists the bodies of water in the state of Wisconsin that have methylmercury contamination advisories. The fish in these lakes, rivers, and streams have shown elevated levels of mercury. Wisconsin anglers are advised to monitor the amount of fish that they consume from these lakes. The site also contains links to a number of helpful documents that specify the risks of eating mercury contaminated food, where to fish, and how much contaminated fish can be eaten with minimal risk of methylmercury poising.
