The redevelopment of the Menomonee River Valley into a vibrant commercial and residential community involves serious work on the quality and management of water in the area. This report outlines the first steps in this project, sets goals, and examines the difficulties that will face private and public ventrues in giving this part of Milwaukee a rebirth.
