ENTECH, a program of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee’s Helen Bader Institute for Nonprofit Management, operates an online directory service of information technology in the Milwaukee area (the “Directory”). You understand and agree that the Directory is provided "as is" and that we do not assume responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, failed delivery or failure to store any user-provided content. You further understand that all information you submit to the Directory may be available to the public. You also understand and agree that your listing on this website does not constitute an endorsement of your services by the Helen Bader Institute for Nonprofit Management, ENTECH, the Center for Urban Initiatives and Research, the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee, the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System, or the State of Wisconsin.

In return for our enabling you to be included in the Directory, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when necessary or as prompted; and (b) maintain and promptly update this data to keep them true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, misleading or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, misleading or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Directory.
