A light lunch will be provided. Don’t have the money to hire a consultant? Need to develop an annual plan? What are the components to a great annual plan? Come, Learn, and Get the Tools necessary to conduct your own annual plan in-house. During this training we will focus on three components for a great annual plan: Impact: Are you creating the intended community impact that reflects your mission; Alignment: Are your financial goals/resources in alignment with your organizational goals/resources (human and technology capital); and Results: To deliver exceptional service and sustain your organization, how do you measure your outcome results? At the end of this session you will learn how to align your financial, human capital (staff members, board, volunteers, etc.) and resources together to enhance your organizational capacity.
